  • A man who is always looking for ways to increase cash flow, The Dividend Ninja from The Dividend Ninja gives us a peak behind the curtain telling us how he is Building My Portfolio for Retirement, with Dividends and Bonds. In my mid to late 40’s, my focus of late has been more on planning for retirement and how I will generate a consistent monthly income to fund my retirement. I find myself in between the need to increase my portfolio through capital appreciation, but also for the need to generate monthly income in retirement. I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m better off creating a stable portfolio of monthly income, through dividend stocks and bond ETFs.
  • If you want some nice tax free cash flow when you retire then head over to see what Ryan at Cash Money Life has to say about Where to Open a Roth IRA. Roth IRAs are one of the best retirement vehicles available due to the long term tax advantages they offer. In this article we list the best places to open an IRA.
  • Things are definitely looking up for Jason at WorkSaveLive as you can see from his Blog Income and Site Statistics February 2012. I’m always a big fan of increasing cash flow with online projects and it looks as if this one is starting to blossom. “February was a great month for my blog! The traffic is continuing to increase and I made $65 of additional income from it! I love the side hustle”.

I want to thank all the great bloggers who submitted this week and ask you all to please take the time to head over to their posts and leave a comment. And thanks to my readers who make all this possible!
